Happy Halloween

Hi Everyone!
Here is a quick Halloween card that I made for Karen's Fun Friday Challenge.

This scaredy cat if from the cricut cartridge Paper Doll Dress Up. I wanted everything a little crooked for this card. So don't think I lost my balance (HAHA) I did it on purpose.
