Trendy Bakers Twine - Smile

I hope you all enjoyed your week and ready for the weekend! I'm over on the Trendy blog sharing a sweet little treat using the Trendy Twine spotlight color of the month Totally Grape Trendy Twine 

I know I just showcased these adorable mini popcorn boxes but I wanted to share just one more way to show how you can use these fun little boxes. 

I used it to package up some pretty little lipsticks for a gift.

I will tell you that the inspiration for this little gift came from Beth and this project, I just loved her great big flower. I die cut the flower and leaves and adhered it to the Lavender Popcorn Box filled it up with the little gift and tied it with Totally Grape Trendy Twine and a tiny tag stamped with a sentiment from the Smile Stamp Set.

I hope I inspired you to get creative and make a handmade project.

Hey There!

I'm sharing a Birthday card today. I thought this would be a fun way to create a birthday card and say Happy Birthday.

SO easy to create by using rectangle die cuts or simply cutting rectangles. The middle rectangle was just wrapped in Grape Fizz Trendy Twine. The candle is a die cut made with the sparkliest purple paper I could find because every cake deserves some sparkle.

Then I used Greetings Stamps & Smile Stamp Set to create the sentiment.

 Hey Trendy Fans!

Happy St. Patrick's Day eve! Do you make treat for SPD? I found the cutest tutorial and just had to try it out. It is so darn cute, it's perfect for all ages!

Look at this little adorable shamrock!! If you would like to try it out, you can view the tutorial HERE

It holds the candy kisses so perfectly and is a very sturdy treat holder. Of course the extras sure make the treat just that much cuter. I used a sentiment from the APBs Feeling Happy Mood Stamps and our spotlight twine of the month Twisted Lime Trendy Twine.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Birthday Treat

Hi there!

Hope you're all staying safe and dry. I'm in Southern California and we are in disbelief of all the rain and snow. It's a very rare occasion to see snow/hail on the beach. At least I've had some time to get creative. 

This month we are spotlighting the oh so pretty Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine. Here's a fun little treat bag that I made for a birthday gift. I used the Biggie Glassine Envelope and decorated it with some banner birthday flags. I added the gorgeous Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine as the finishing touch. These envelopes are great for small gifts like earrings or gift cards. I just love them -- they give you a little peek at what's inside.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Especially for you!

Have you bee over to the Trendy Blog? Are you looking for ideas for Valentine treats? Pop over to the blog and see some fun ideas. We have been spotlighting Pinkberry Sorbet and Raspberry Cupcake Trendy twine this month

Today I used Pinkberry Sorbet trendy twine, Library Pockets, and Greetings Stamp Set to create my Valentine treat.

These little Library Pockets can be used to add to your scrapbook, travelers notebook, or planner to hold notes, souvenirs, or mementos. But I thought they would be a perfect holder for a card and even better to add a little surprise inside.

I cut some patterned paper to fit the front of the Library Pocket and found some coordinating paper and cut to fit perfectly inside the pocket. I measured it just so I can add a sentiment from the Greetings Stamp Set to the top of the pocket. Next I added a sweet treat to the Valentine card and then tucked it inside the pocket. 

I added the twine in the form of two Xs on the front for a clean and simple look. These would be so easy to mass produce for you child's classroom Valentine exchange. You can grab 12 for $2.75!

Trendy Bakers Twine - XOXO Valentine Treat Pouch

 Hi There!

Hoping the new year is off to a great start. I'm sharing a Valentine treat with you today. Yes, I am already planning for the day of LOVE! I just love all things pink so I was excited for the Trendy Twine spotlight colors this month  Pinkberry Sorbet and Raspberry Cupcake.

I had fun creating this tiny treat using APB products and Trendy Twine. I started with two APB Chunky Tag its. I layered the tags about 1/4 inch on one another and used a strong adhesive. Next I scored them about 3/4 inch apart to create a bottom and so I had enough room for candy.

This gave me ample room to decorate this little treat. I used some pick polka dot pattern paper and two heart dies. I paper crimped the first heart layer and added a pink heart stamped with You & Me Stamp set. The final touch is always the best...  Raspberry Cupcake Trendy Twine.

We are busy planning more Valentine projects for you all to see throughout the month and I hope my project inspires you to create something homemade!
