As we celebrate the season of giving, I couldn't resist incorporating our spotlight color of the month, the festive Holly Berry Trendy Twine, into this crafty creation. Trust me; these tags are not just your ordinary gift tags – they are a perfect blend of creativity and holiday spirit.

To start, I used a circle die cut and an oval label to fashion the unique beanie hat shape. The circular base provides a playful foundation, while the oval label adds a touch of elegance to the overall design. 

Now, let's talk about the pièce de résistance – the gorgeous pom poms! These fluffy additions atop each beanie hat tag not only add a delightful texture but also bring an extra dose of festive fun. The Holly Berry Trendy Twine pom poms are a nod to traditional holiday decorations, infusing your gifts with a touch of timeless Christmas magic.

But the creativity doesn't stop there! I took it a step further by stamping each tag with sentiments from the APB Let It Snow stamp set. Are you in search of a creative way to package up your holiday candies or perhaps looking for a charming stocking stuffer idea? Well, buckle up because I've got a super cute suggestion for you! I recently had a blast crafting with Annie's Paper Boutique medium candy bags, and the end result was nothing short of festive magic.

First things first, I gathered some irresistible chocolate candies and wrapped each delectable piece in coordinating holiday-themed paper. Now, for the pièce de résistance – Candy Cane Trendy Twine! This whimsical twine added the perfect touch of charm and playfulness to each candy bundle. The red and white and green stripes not only screamed holiday spirit but also created a visual feast for the eyes.

Once each candy bundle was wrapped up with love and Trendy Twine, I filled the Annie's Paper Boutique candy bag with these sugary delights. The transparent bag not only showcased the festive candies but also added an extra layer of excitement.

But wait, the magic doesn't stop there! I couldn't resist adding the MOST gorgeous tags to complete the look. Have you seen the Holiday tags in the store? Trust me; they are a game-changer! With a delightful retro feel, these tags became my absolute favorite this year.

With the candy bag looking like a festive masterpiece, I decided to take it up a notch. Each tag was elegantly stamped with sentiments from the Christmas stamps collection.

It's that time of the year again – a time for confetti, laughter, and, of course, birthday wishes for the incredible Lesley, the creative genius behind Annie's Paper Boutique and Trendy Twine! Lesley's birthday is a special occasion that deserves to be celebrated, and what better way to do it than with a delightful surprise on the Trendy Twine blog?

To mark this festive occasion, I couldn't resist crafting a special card for Lesley. The process was filled with joy and creativity, just like Lesley's vibrant personality. 

Starting with a canvas of pretty floral paper, I decided to create a present-shaped square to serve as the focal point of the card. No creation is complete without the signature touch of Trendy Twine! For this project, I chose Totally Sky and Posy shades to wrap around the present. The result was a combination of colors that complemented each other beautifully. To elevate the design, I strategically placed foam dots behind the present, adding a touch of dimension and visual interest.

Lesley's birthday card needed an extra touch of magic, and what better way to achieve that than with shooting stars? I took three pieces of Totally Sky Trendy Twine and affixed three stars to the end of each piece. The effect was enchanting, creating a whimsical scene as if the stars were dancing around the birthday present. To enhance the celestial theme, foam dots were added for an extra pop of dimension.

I couldn't resist adding big, glittery stars to the card. These sparkling embellishments reflected Lesley's vibrant personality, making the card as dazzling as the birthday girl herself.

I chose a message from the Smile Stamp set. This thoughtful addition completed the card, conveying warm wishes to Lesley on her special day.

Crafting this birthday card for Lesley was not just a creative endeavor; it was a celebration of a wonderful friendship and the joy that Lesley brings to the crafting community. In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it's easy to get caught up in the challenges and stressors that come our way. However, taking a moment to reflect on the positive aspects of our lives can significantly impact our overall well-being. One simple and creative way to foster gratitude is through the use of a gratitude jar. I’m so excited to share how this humble jar can become a powerful tool for cultivating mindfulness and appreciation for the good things in life.

I started with a mini mason jar, but feel free to choose any size that suits your preferences. The key is to make it personal and meaningful to you. I opted for Fall-themed paper to bring a touch of seasonal warmth to my gratitude jar. Creating a label for the front of the jar adds a personal touch, making it visually appealing and inviting.

I used the vibrant orange Annie’s Paper Boutique Mango Tag-It to make a fun tag. Utilizing a rub-on transfer sticker kit allowed me to customize the tag. 

I used a circle die cut to add a touch of elegance, creating a charming aesthetic for the jar. Choosing a sentiment from the Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set adds a warm element, reminding us to be thankful not just during the holiday season but throughout the year. 

The final touch and to tie it all together I adhered the Mango Tag-It to the jar with most gorgeous color Totally Pumpkin Trendy Twine.

A gratitude jar is more than just a decorative piece; it's a powerful tool for shifting your mindset towards positivity and appreciation. By taking a few moments each week or month to jot down something you're grateful for, you're actively cultivating a habit of mindfulness and gratitude. Embrace the process of creating your gratitude jar, infusing it with your unique style and personality. As you watch the jar fill with expressions of thanks, you'll find that the practice of gratitude becomes a cherished part of your life.

It's Shelly from My Paper Love, and I've got an adorable treat idea that's perfect for the spookiest time of the year. Whether you're planning a Halloween party, looking for a unique way to hand out candy, or just want to surprise your friends and family with a little something special, this project is a fantastic choice. We're going to add a dash of creativity with our spotlight twine, Spooktacular Taffy Trendy Twine, to make these treats even more delightful.

To begin I started with the Candy Cubes. These 2" x 2" square clear boxes are the ideal vessels for all kinds of Halloween goodies. The clear box allows the lucky recipient to catch a glimpse of what's inside. 

I wanted to add some spooky flair. I cut out some Halloween-themed card stock in a size that fits perfectly on the front of your candy cube. Whether it's pumpkins, bats, ghosts, or witches, there's a design out there to match your Halloween style.

Now comes the fun part - filling up those clear boxes with mouthwatering chocolate candies. You can use classic favorites like mini candies, candy corn, or any candies that you know your guests or trick-or-treaters will love. The transparent cube will make the treats look irresistible!

To add that extra bit of charm and make my treat holder truly Spooktacular, I used Spooktacular Taffy Trendy Twine. This twine is the perfect finishing touch for my Halloween treats. I carefully wrapped it around the cube and tied a great big bow on top. The vibrant colors and playful twist of the twine  instantly gave my candy cube holder a festive feel.

To complete my Halloween treat, I added a little tag with a spooky sentiment from the Happy Halloween Stamp Set. 

And there you have it – a Spooktacular Halloween candy cube treat holder! These are perfect for party favors, gifts, or just to spread some Halloween joy. The combination of transparent cubes, colorful twine, and Halloween-themed decorations will make your treats stand out in style.

Are you ready to get into the Halloween spirit and craft something spooktacular? I've got just the project for you!

 

I'm absolutely thrilled to share a super fun Halloween card using some fantastic products, including Trick or Treat Trendy Twine, and Enchanting Sequins.

To begin I carefully chose all the coordinating papers for the BOO die. I coordinated it with the Trick or Treat Trendy Twine in vibrant orange and purple. Once I had all the pieces cut, I adhered them to a green  card stock mat for extra contrast. I wrapped the twine around the front of the mat. Secure the ends of the twine on the back of the card with adhesive.

To give this card a magical sparkle, I took some Enchanting Sequins in a festive blend of metallic purple and orange. I carefully adhered them around the die-cut shape to add some extra pizzazz and Halloween charm. These sequins will catch the light and make your card shine. To make my card even more spooktacular, I used the cute black bat embellishments. Placing them strategically around my card to give it that perfect Halloween touch.

This Halloween card is a spellbinding treat, a creative blend of Trick or Treat Trendy Twine, Enchanting Sequins, and charming Halloween themed papers. It's a card that captures the essence of Halloween and sends warm wishes to those you hold dear.

I am over on the Trendy Blog sharing this fun card made with the spotlight of the month,  Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine. 

While creating this little beauty, I had one goal in mind, to design a card that would bring joy to a special person's heart. The Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine was my inspiration, and I couldn't be more excited about the result.

To create the perfect backdrop for my project, I began by carefully selecting a combination of aqua, black, and white papers. I wanted to put a new twist on a different technique. I mapped out a design of where I wanted the Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine to flow effortlessly. This step allowed me to visualize the final result. With my design in mind, I allowed the twine to gracefully flow in a diagonal line along the card's length. The result was nothing short of spectacular. Once I achieved the desired design, I carefully applied a touch of glue to ensure that the twine remained in place, giving the card a polished and professional finish.

To infuse a sense of wonder and excitement into the card, I introduced die-cut stars. These stars were matted together, creating a sense of depth and dimension. 

To break up the bold houndstooth patterned paper, I added aqua card stock. This not only provided a striking contrast but also accentuated the vibrant aqua color of the twine. No card is complete without the perfect message. I carefully selected a sentiment from the "Choose Happy" stamp set and stamped it onto the aqua card stock. This final touch added a personal and uplifting note to the card, ensuring that it carried a message of joy and positivity.

This project showcased how Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine can transform a simple card into a work of happiness for someone special. I hope this project inspires you to embrace new techniques and colors in your crafting endeavors.
