"First day of Spring" Blog Hop

Welcome to My Paper Love and “The first day of Spring” Blog hop!  Sweet Jill over at Everyday is an occasion has put together another fabulous Hop. (Thanks for having me again Jill)  So if you popped over for a visit then you’re in luck you can follow along starting with Jill at Everyday is an occasion.  If you have been following along you should have come from Heather- The Hunny Pot. This hop is ALL about Spring – It's official Spring is here! I know most of us could use some sunshine & flowers so let’s get started!
I really wanted to create a home decor type project.  I came across an egg card that completely inspired me to create this Spring/Easter door hanger.

I used the egg cut from the Cricut Cartridge Doodlecharms. I cut two one at 11.5 and one at 12. Cut the larger one in half and adhered it to create a pouch.

Added some boa, filled it with raffia and some plastic eggs - I really should have used some nicer looking eggs:) What's with the holes??

I added some burlap (LOVE) and three roses created with MCT - rolled flower dies. Some paper leaves embossed and inked and there you have it!

I'm sure you are having a great time hopping along so I will send you on your way to Jamie- So Much Better With Age she has a great blog with some fantastic crafty ideas. I sure hope you enjoy the hop and thank you for joining us!
