Hi Everyone! Wow, Can you believe it's almost October! My son just mentioned the Harvest Parade at school and I thought Oh man.....time is zipping by!So I thought I would take advantage of a bunch of AWESOME challenges going on. Peachy Keen had a great challenge this week. Peachy Keen Challenge 3-D Objects :: Potluck Fun huh?

I made these fun little food labels for my mom's pies - YUM!!!

The pie image is from the Just Because Cricut Cartridge & that sweet face is from the newest Peachy release PKSC-21

I added my newest obsession - Sequins!

Some jute twine and a little doodling.

Placed them on their picks and they are all ready for their pies :)

How are ya? Busy? I'm still enjoying my time off and loving every second of it! I came across a blog Seize the Sketch and have fallen in love with their sketches. The designers are pretty fabulous too! I used their sketch to create my card.

So here is what I came up with!

I created an Autumn card and some place cards for the Thanksgiving table.

The card is an A2 and all the paper is from a Recollections Simple Autumn Stack.

Leaves - MCT Die Cut

Button - MM

Twine - MM

Machine Stitched

The place cards are my favorite, they were made using the MCT 3x3 Trifold card die.  I simply folded it in different sections to create a triangular shape so that it would lay flat on a table. You will need to trim a bit off the end in order for it to fit properly.

Next I adhered some double sided sticky tape to the back. I embellished the name card with ribbon & Die cuts. I left the label die cut blank but you could easily print and then die cut for a more tailored look.
