Die Cuttin Diva's - ZOO challenge

Happy Tuesday!
It's time for another Die Cuttin Diva's Challenge! This week it's all about animals, doesn't that sound like fun? I was excited to create something fun. I made a GC holder. I always need something for a baby, I just don't make enough baby projects so that's what I made. I cut a pillow box large enough to hold a gift card and then used a Kadoodle bug Cutesy Zoo Animals SVG. I chose the giraffe and went with neutral colors so I could use it for the next baby boy or girl :)

Oh I love how this turned out! I inked up all the pieces first and added a little chalk to my giraffe's cheeks.

I added some fun doodling and pretty aqua polka dot paper and tied it with some jute twine.

I gave my giraffe lots of layers and dimension, I've been doing this more and more. I always cut everything twice (in case of mistakes) and I have this huge box of die cuts with pieces that I never put together. Well, I still cut everything twice but now I'm actually layering them and I LOVE the look and feel. Oh if only I could tackle my die cut box :)

Today we are showcasing "Just Bug-Cause" stamp

I think you all are going to fall in love with this set! I sure did! I had a blast creating for this release! 

I made a little treat set. Some sweet treats and a little note card - JUST BEE CAUSE! (of course)

I used the smaller Banner die as a treat topper in Black polka dots. Then I topped the banner die with the stitched oval die and finally added the ADORABLE bee. Oh my gosh is he ever CUTE!!!

I just love the stamps and dies in this set, they are so much fun!  

The oval is a great size, my note card is 3x3 just to give you an idea.

One of my favorites in this set is the dashed lines to emphasize movement. Oh my gosh I LOVE it, and it comes with a die too.

Craftin Desert Diva's - Spring Theme

Hello Friends!

Spring has sprung over here at CDD! We have a week of Spring inspiration for you! I LOVE spring, even the rain (just not too much). I'm sharing a fun spring card using a older CDD set called Summer Lovin. 

I used the paint splatter method for this card! I actually love this technique :) messy but oh so FUN!

I punched a scallop and circle then I cut some fun rain boots. I put some glossy accents on the boots just for more fun!

Lastly, I stamped the card with the Making a Splash sentiment. Very clean and simple!

I have a fun Birthday card to share with you! 

I wanted to make a birthday card using purple. I never use purple. It's such a pretty color and I decided to use a few shades of it. I cut a circle in the center of my card mat and added some fun candles. They are actually paper straws. I flattened them and topped them with some stars. 

I added a fun Happy sentiment that goes PERFECTLY with the "Birthday" CDD sentiment from All Aboard. It's the perfect size. I used some Grape Fizz Trendy Twine to finish this purple little birthday card :)

Die Cuttin Diva's - Anything Goes Challenge

Happy Tuesday!
It's time for another Die Cuttin Diva's Challenge! This week it's everyone's favorite! Anything goes!! I took a break from Spring and Easter projects and created a Birthday card for one of my son's friend. I think I may duplicate this one because it turned out to be a good card for little boys and big boys too :) And it was really quick and easy to put together.

I started with a rectangular die cut from Lil Inker and a chevron die from Scrappy mom stamps

I used a My creative time Ice Cream cone die and stamped my favorite sentiment from Craftin Desert Diva's Bring On The Cake
