Die Cuttin Divas Sketch Challenge - Happy Birthday!

Happy Tuesday!
It's time for another Die Cuttin Diva's Challenge! This week we have a VERY cool sketch to share. I LOVE our sketch challenges. With a sketch you can design exactly like the sketch or get a little creative, which I LOVE to do! So you'll see I changed it up a bit but still followed the basic sketch.

I decided to flip the sketch on it's side.  I used some scraps from a Simple stories 6x6 paper pad, which is one of my favorites! I die cut banner flags in 3 sizes.

I added a fun scallop and circle die using vellum and white card stock. I sewed the edges with navy thread to tie it all together! Oh and I got out my corner rounder :) I've been using it lately, I think I'm falling back in love with it :) Thanks for stopping by and have a GREAT day!

Please pop over to Die Cuttin Divas Challenge and check out the DT and join us for the challenge! We would love to have you.

Hi Shelly! I love your card. I tend to stay so close to the patterns on these sketch cards and I love that you used the sketch and thought outside the box! Also, I don't have a sewing machine but I love how you stitched on your card, gives it such a pretty look.

Have a great week!

Super fun card! The pattern papers are so bright and love the stripes and polka dots! Your rounded corners look awesome! I think I need to pull that little corner rounder out and use it some!
The scallop circle is darling and love the vellum and then topping it off with the navy stitching! Love it Shelly!!

Yes, we couldn't be more happy for the kids! I am trying to help Arya understand that she will have a little sister soon.
The other day she said if baby sissy cries, I will go to Nanny's house and she can stay home with Mommy and Daddy! Oh, she cracks me up sometimes!
Have a good evening my friend!
