Halloween Take Out Boxes with Annie's Paper Boutique

Hello Trendy Twine fans!

Welcome to the first day of October. The design team is so excited to be crafting for the upcoming holidays, that we decided to have a guest design team group join in all the fun! Today we are having a group post with both the regular design team AND the guest design team to get the creativity flowing for the Halloween season. Please join us in welcoming the amazing guest designers! Be sure to hop over to the Trendy Twine blog to see the projects from all of the Trendy Twine Gals!

By the looks of my project, I guess you can say I've gone batty - HAHA. Last year I created some paper bats and decorated my front porch and I just loved the look and so I tried to replicate it with this project.

I used the Orange Licorice Batty Sequins to add to the front of my Clear take out box.

These mini take out boxes are so cute and even though they are mini, you can fill them with quite a bit of candy or small treats.
After I filled the boxes with candy, I tied the box with Orange Licorice Trendy Bakers Twine.

I added a fun tag using a sentiment from the Happy Halloween Stamp Set

I hope you will stop by the Trendy Blog and have a look at all the fun projects the team has created.

Trendy Bakers Twine - Hello Fall

Hello There!

Is it starting to feel like Fall near you? I wish we had more of a season change, it's still pretty warm here. I'm over on the Trendy Blog sharing a fun little gift box.
This is a cute little slider box that I used to hold a little gift.

I used some gorgeous apple paper that I thought looked so great with this Twisted Teal Trendy Twine. I added a little tag and include a sentiment from Hello Fall Planner Stamps.

The box slides out and you can add your little gift, in this case I added a little bracelet. Once I tucked the little gift inside, I wrapped it up with Twisted Teal Trendy Twine.

I hope you take some time to visit the blog and I hope it inspires you to get creative with paper!

Trendy Bakers Twine - Give Thanks

Hello There!

Are you ready for some Fall fun? I think so many of us love Fall and personally I can't wait to wear sweaters and drink warm beverages! Over on the Trendy Blog, the team is sharing some Fall beauties this month using the spotlight color Twisted Teal Trendy Twine. This card has me wanting the cool weather to come settle in.

I found some gorgeous Fall inspired paper and added a cute cup of warm coffee :) But what makes this card pop, is that twine. I must say if there is one color you purchase for Fall, select this color. It's gorgeous!! I also added a sentiment from Hello Fall Planner Stamps. These stamps are wonderful for smaller die cuts. They fit so well.

Take a look at his Twine :)

I hope you take some time to visit the blog and I hope it inspires you to get creative with paper!

Trendy Bakers Twine - Have a Wonderful Day!

Hi There!

I'm over on the Trendy blog sharing a tag using the monthly spotlight product, Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine. I love to make tags and I can honestly say I use them more than cards. They are just so easy to attach to a gift bag, still homemade, but a little less time to make.

I started the tag by using Kraft Large Tag-its and some pattern paper. I used a die cut label for the sentiment which is from the Smile Stamp set.

I simply put it all together and topped it off with  Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine.

Just another example of how cute you can make your project using some TRENDY TWINE! I hope it inspires you to get creative with paper!

Trendy Bakers Twine - We go together like...

Hi Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a card using the monthly spotlight product, Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine. I saw this idea on pinterest and just had to recreate my own version.

I wanted a pretty simple card since I was using a cute beach towel adorned with Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine. I found a cute pattern paper to match the twine and just lined the edge with the twine. I unfurled it a bit to give it a very full effect.

I added some die cut flip flops and that was pretty much it. The top sentiment is from the We go together planner stamps.

I had so much fun creating this card. I hope it inspires you to get creative with paper!

Trendy Bakers Twine - Stars & Stripes Gift Card Holder

Hi There!

I'm over on the Trendy Blog sharing a fun project using the monthly spotlight product, Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine & Mini Glassine Bags.

Today I made a gift card holder out of an Annies Paper Boutique Mini Glassine Bags. Now, let me first say, you can use any size of the APBs bags. I used the mini bag but it looks like it's sold out but all the other Glassine bags are in stock
I just folded half the bag up and sealed it on the sides only. This pocket allows plenty of room for the GC. It also gives you a back pocket behind the GC where you can add a note.
Then you can add a decorative band and of course Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine. Then you can add your sentiment to the glassine bag. I used a sentiment Merry & Bright Stamps which are on sale right now!

I hope you will give this a try... Take a peek at all the products I used to make this gift card holder.
