And now on to my creation....

I just LOVE CAS for snow projects. I think less is more! I used the "Let it Snow" sentiment from the Snowman kisses set. Love this set - it's sooooo CUTE! I cut some trees and lightly brushed some white chalk ink on the tree branches.

I used  a die cut to cut a circle and dry embossed dots for a snowy effect. I added some snowflake paper and there ya have a snowy scene. I'd love to look out the window at Christmas and see snow :) I live by the beach and I don't think that's ever going to happen :)

So hop, hop, hop on over to Nicole she had a GREAT project for ya!

Come join us here on Facebook:

Hope all is good with everyone! I'm off work today so I've been able to clean and create. Laundry done, dinner started, and 3 projects done!
I promised myself that I would create more tags throughout the year, so you can imagine when I saw the great 52 Tags in 2012 by Janis at Pause Dream Enjoy just how excited I was.  Stop over for the details but I will be entering this tag in the Week 1 challenge, with a few crafty goals on the back.  Also, there are some other fabulous challenges that I love to enter as often as possible so I followed their themes this week as well.
Hope you are enjoying your day and hope you have a WONDERFUL weekend.

Reindeer Tags

Hi Everyone!

Wow, thank you for all the sweet comments, they are all so wonderful.
So, the women's dinner was sooo much fun! The guys did a fabulous job, the church looked AMAZING and oh my goodness the food was incredible! The gift exchange was so much fun!!! I ended up with three ornaments in the bag I received, someone was extra generous!

Well I am just trying to put the finishing touches on my decorating and even started wrapping presents when I realized I don't have the right color tags for some of my wrapping paper. So off I went....
Here is what I came up with. I had put the tags together and then saw a great idea over at my sweet friend Lisa's Blog.  She used a punch for the top and bottom of her tag. I had to try it. Also, that beautiful ribbon is from my dear friend Karen at little scrap pieces.  This ribbon is so fabulous!!! I can't say enough about it!! I LOVE it!
I'm entering these in a few challenges:

Whimsical designs - Christmas/ Winter - Include something sparkly (Embossed the punch with glitter powder)
Bitten by the Bug 2 Winter frolic tag - Of course if you don't have this cartridge, please feel free to join in and select any tag and Christmas image you have. I used TBBM
