Have a dazzling Holiday

Hi Everyone!

Hope you all had a fabulous Holiday or weekend. Wow, I had my fill of turkey.... we had a great Turkey day and a very nice weekend with family.  My niece was here for a couple days and boy is she just the cutest little girl! She is 5 months already, time is just zooming by!
Well on to my card, now many of you know if you've been following me that I really love high heels. The higher the better....so in my mind the Holiday can not go by without a great pair of heels.  So I just couldn't pass up making a Holiday card without a great pair of shoes Aren't these just sooooo awesome, I really want a pair!! I know I'm nuts, but I would  wear these!

Tea for three!

Hi Everyone!

Hope you all had a nice weekend! We were in San Diego visiting with family! We have a cousin who is playing on a Hockey team in Texas and had a tournament in San Diego this weekend so our whole family went to show our support! I have to say the team is AWESOME! They swept the entire tournament. Go Rhino's

My little group of friends always celebrate our birthdays with a lunch or dinner, it's just so nice to get together and eat and laugh.  I have a friend who's birthday is December 22nd and it's just so hard to get together around this time so we either do it early or late :( So last night I got this great idea with the help of the Simply Sunday  Challenge over at Getting Cricky. A tea party! I will just be three of us, the other two will be out of town :( So I came up with this shaped teapot card. I didn't want it to be too Christmas themed but still wanted it to be festive. I used some doodlebug paper that I won a while back from Paula at More than Favors, it's so pretty!

I am entering this in the Simply Sunday Challenge - It's tea time and the Wacky Wednesday Challenge - Buttons, Bling or Brads

Root Beer Float & a Thank you!

Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to share two things today! First, I received some blog candy in the mail from TANA.  It is just about the coolest thing (coffee ice cube trays). THANK YOU TANA for such a great gift! mmmmm doesn't this look good!
Second, I have a card that I made for a friend! We were having a rough week a few weeks back and got this idea to go have root beer floats to cheer us up!  They were sooooo good the only thing we said for a few minutes was MMM.... as we sipped them.  So I made her a card and wrote that on the front!  I know she will laugh!

Card - 5.5" x 4.25"
Cartridge - Everyday Pop Up Cards
Paper - DCWV, Recollections
Ribbon - Celebrate it
Embossing - Cuttlebug

Hi Everyone!

I have been inspired by the many fabulous entries for the Let's go camping challenge over at Fantabulous Cricut.  I put this card together and it just didn't look right.  I added a moon and glossy accents to the flame and stickles to the fire and it's amazing how those simple things change a project!  Hope you enjoy!
