Are you ready for Halloween? Do you hand out treats of all sorts? I sure do, I take full advantage of this fun day! I give all the neighborhood kids special treats, all my son's teachers fun goodies, all the kids in his classroom get a homemade treat, and now I made these fun treats for my local coffee shop :) I got the idea from my blogger buddy Sherrie  she gave some treats to some of the college kids that worked at the coffee shop in town and I thought it was such a GREAT idea! She's so sweet and gracious and one of the MOST talented crafters I know :)

So here are my fun treats...

I used the fry box from "Tags bags boxes and more 2" Pretty simple to put together. I used some fun papers that could be a little masculine as the treats are for young 20's and two boys. They are always so sweet to me and even though I don't go every day they still manage to remember my drink. It's pretty neat!

I filled the boxes with some chocolate candy and tied them off with some Midnight Trendy Twine and an AWESOME sentiment from the newest set Ghostly Greetings I masked off the other words in the sentiment and just used Scary.
Hope you all have a terrific week and get to enjoy some crafty time :)

October 31st Spooky Card

Hi There!

Okay so it's not really Oct. 31st like my title says but it sure is coming fast. We usually have costumes made or at least ordered but we are so behind this year. My 10 year old decided on "Buddy the elf" isn't that funny? If you haven't seen the movie, it's a pretty silly movie but kids like it.
Today, I created a spooky Halloween card and I just LOVE how it turned out! I have been wanting to play in some challenges and linky parties but just have not had the time.

I started with some very old Halloween paper (I think DCWV) and used a circle die. I cut an additional circle die in yellow and inked it up and placed it in the center.  Next I used MCT cartoon cloud dies and cut them in grey and inked them up too.

I added some fun little bats from the Wicked-Fun-Dies-set and stamped a spooky sentiment.
I wish I had more of this paper to create another card :( my new goal is to use my paper that I have been saving forever.... I know you save paper right??? you know because someday you'll need it... or maybe you just LOVE it... or maybe you buy like 3 or 4 paper pads because you NEED to have extra... Wait was this just a confession? Noooo, I'm not talking about me.... I'm talking about my friend, yeah that's it... my friend - HAHAHA

Have a GREAT day everyone!

Pile it on challenge - Use 2 or More Die Cuts
Kitty Bee Designs - Dies and/or Punches
My Creative Time - Color Inpiration

Simply create too -Halloween OR use lots of Orange

In case you missed my Blog Hop project you can go HERE and my sneak peek project is HERE.

I created a cute little witch card, perfect for a little girl - Cute, not spooky :)

I used the witch cut from Cricut Cartridge Create a Friend. I glittered her up and added some fun Kraft Trendy Twine that I colored too.

The sentiment is from the Wonderfully Wicked which has the best images and sentiments.
I machine stitched the sides and added some brads and perlers. Colored her hair with copics and of course added the sweet Peachy Face.
