Sending Congrats! - New Baby

Hi Everyone!

Hope your week was great! We had our first flag football game, boy was it fun!
I have a card that I created for a family friend that's having a baby girl.  She's was due Friday so anytime now! I saw a couple challenges this week for babies so I kept them in mind when creating this card. Cricut 360 is having a welcome Baby challenge using dry embossing.  I tried out something new (for me). I cut out the carriage shape and used glitter glue and let it dry, then I used an embossing folder and ran it through the cuttlebug.  Next My Time to Craft is having a nursery necessities challenge. For this week's challenge just have something to do with Babies on your card. Here is the card!

Give Thanks

Hi Everyone!

Today I’m sharing my very first easel card.  I saw the Easel Card challenge over at Paper Playtime and I have really wanted to make one and I finally did. I really like the way it turned out and I’m actually  going to use it as a decoration for Thanksgiving. There are so many challenges for Fall, Fall Leaves and Fall colors that I am entering this in quite a few challenges. Hope you all have a great weekend!

St. Patricks Day - Good Luck

Hi Everyone!

I still have not been able to get my room back together. (Almost) I did want to put a card together for some challenges.  I decided I would get my "SEW" on. I used a very old cart, Stamping for the clover and PKS for the cute little face (I still can't get enough of PKS). This little lucky clover will be entered in:
CRAFTING WITH CRISTINA - St. Patty's Day Theme - you must use green
PAPER CUTZ - St. Patricks Day using any color you would like
PEACHY KEEN STAMPS FACE IT FRIDAY - Sew super cute, projects with real or faux stitching, and use PKS faces.
Have a great day!

Coffee on me

Hi Everyone!

I Love coffee and so do my girlfriends.  I love nothing more than to take a walk by the beach with my hubby or friends and sip a cup of coffee.  Here is a card I came up with to give to a girlfriend on our next coffee run.  Just slip a gift card inside and voila, instant smile on her face!

I am entering this card in:

FANTABULOUS CRICUT Emboss it challenge &
CREATIVE SISTERS CHALLENGE embossing.

Cup of Laughter

Hi Everyone!

I have been in my craft room all morning.  It's a rainy day here, so it's been nice to be inside.  I saw that Cricut Cardz is having a "cup of cheer" challenge.  There are so many cute cup cuts.  I chose the cup from the Stamping cartridge. I used my gypsy because I wanted to hide the scroll work inside of the cup, but I couldn't, so I used the shadow feature. I outlined the cups in pink and used PKS for the faces.  I also used the Wild Card cartridge for the card base. The inside of the card says May your cup overflow with Laughter. Hope you like it.

Happily ever after

Hi Everyone!

I have been having a blast!  I can't tell you how much your kinds words mean, I appreciate them so much! Here is a quick little card I made for a wedding.  It was so simple but I think it turned out nice.  I used the Stamping cartridge for the heart and sentiment.  I tried the glossy accents on the heart and WOW did I fall in love with that.  I just love paper....

Thank you for looking!
