Spooky.....Cute

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to share a SUPER quick card for a few challenges. Boy, I was just waiting to catch up on a bunch of things and GUESS WHAT? My little sis went into labor today. So We are headed down south for a couple days to meet our new niece. This is her second little girl - I LOVE BEING an Auntie!
Here is my spooky but kind of cute card - maybe cute - just a little??? Ok it's my last spooky card - I know how much my little boy doesn't want anything cute but now I'm over the spooky:) This is my last one!
The design is from the sketch over at retrosketches.
I created this skull head in my gypsy using the Indie Art Cartridge & Plantin Cartridge. I just welded a scallop shape (that I stretched) to the bottom of the skull.

Flying by to say Thank you

Hi Everyone!
I hope you are all doing well. I'm just popping in to share a card I made for the My Creative Time - Pinterest Inspired Challenge & 3 Girl Jam Butterflies and bows Challenge. Hope you have a GREAT day!
So I came across this pretty card HERE and fell in love with the idea of the words across the butterfly, and then I stumbled on this beauty HERE and just had to use these colors.
Sorry about this photo, the top photo is a truer version of the card
So I started by cutting out the butterflies using the Cricut Indie Art and stamped them with MCT Script Type Backgrounds Stamp Set
Added some gorgeous ribbon from 3 girl Jam - Mistletoe and finished it off with lots of Tim Holtz ink and some pretty pearls.
Card -4.25" x 5.5"
Paper - My minds Eye & DCWV

Open if you dare.... Pirate Card

Hi Everyone!

Hope all is well! I have been working on a bunch of designs for cards and home decor that I hope to share over the next week.  But while looking through my gypsy I found an invitation that I never shared I think because it wasn't the one we picked & I never actually put it together. But nonetheless I decided to actually cut it out and put it together for a couple of the challenges this week. Crazy About Cricut - Thankful Thursday Pirate theme & Fantabulous Cricut - It's a Pirate's life. I used my gypsy to weld all the letters (Jubilee) & Skull (Indie Art) to a rectangle (George). I changed the mouth on both the skulls to look a little nicer :).  After seeing it I think I can use it for a b-day card too.
Hope you enjoy!

A close up of the welded letters.
Card - 5.5 x 6.5
Paper - Recollections, PP is old, unsure of the brand.

Love is in the Air - April Showers

Hi Everyone!

So many great challenges this week! I decided to participate in a few. My card looks simple but I had to piece it together because I didn't have a rain jacket on any of my cartridges.  I used the Paper Doll Dress Up Cartridge for the jacket.  I used the George cart. and created the cuffs, collar, pocket, and buttons with shapes using my gypsy. The umbrella & puddle are from Create a Critter and the splash drops are from Indie Art. The paper is K&Co & recollections.  The sentiment is a Studio G stamp and face is PKS. I used glossy accent on the jacket and final touches with my white gel pen.
Whew..... Hope you enjoy.

Here are the challenges:
Fantabulous Cricut - April Showers - create a project using an umbrella or hat.
The Paper Variety - April Showers bring May Flowers
Get Inspired with Chatterscene - April Showers - Go visit Chris she offers some great inspiration and has some great giveaway.

Hot Lips - Valentines Card

Hi Everyone!

There are so many great challenges this week.  I made this card in my gypsy a couple nights ago for Momo’s challenge – Make something with the colors black, white, and hot pink.  But, you must have at least one heart on your card.

Cooking with Cricut is also having a challenge to complete a new project with a shadow.  Anything that has a “shadow”

Flaunt it Fridays challenge is asking that we make something with the Indie Art cartridge and the cut choice this week is the Lips.

I am entering this card in all three. Love when it works out like that!

For my card I used the heart card in Wild card cartridge, the lips from Indie Art, and the paper from K&Company daydreams pack. (VERY cute paper).  Of course no lips would be complete without a little bling!

Thank you for looking!
