Boo! "You've been Booed"

Hi Everyone!
I'm stopping in to share a cute little project. Have you heard of "You've been Booed" well if you have then you know it's a fun little game you play near Halloween. You secretly leave some treats on your neighbors doorstep and leave a little note letting them know they've been booed. It's a FUN game the kids look forward to during the fall. Typically, you pick one or two neighbors and then they pick one or two and so on..... But last year I noticed that a few were missed, so this year I thought I would still do a fun basket or two but I also thought I would make a few more simple treats for some of the older neighbors that love all our kids so much!
It's a fun little door hanger. I haven't purchased the Art Philosophy cartridge but I did get the idea from the cartridge.
For the Door Hanger I used my gypsy and the Cricut Cartridges Tie the knot, George & Wild Card

The "Boo" is from the Cricut Cartridge Robotz & the ghost is from Mini Monster

 Door Hanger approx. 6" x 3
Paper - DCWV
Stamps - Eyes are from PK-692 Monster Mash Face Assortment
& the mouth is from PK-532 PK-532 Simple Sallies 1 1/8"
Ink - Tim Holtz
Machine Stitched
Challenges:
Die cuttin divas - Color Challenge (Use yellow, orange, grey and purple)
Little Scrap Pieces - Stitch it (real or faux)

I heard it's your special day!

Hi Everyone!
Hope you are enjoying your day! We finally have some sun, but not for long the rain is coming tomorrow:(
I'm sharing a card I made for a "Sea Monster" party. Actually that's what the 3 year old called it but his Mom says its a sea life party. Sounds like a fun party, she rented a touch tank from a local sea life museum and they bring all the creatures in a trailer for the kids to explore. Our Pre-school and Elementary schools do this here in our town but never knew you could rent them for a party. FUN FUN FUN!
I'm also entering my little "Sea Monster" card in a couple challenges:
Paper Playtime - Say it With Sentiments theme "Birthday Card"
Bitten by the bug 2 - Balloons and Birthday Card Challenge
Card - 4.75"
Cricut Cartridges - Wrap it Up(balloons), Life's a Party(Background) & Mini Monsters
Paper - Momenta & Recollections
Stamps PK-692 Monster Mash Face Assortment & MCT - Wow so many candles
Ink - MS
Dry Embossed - Cuttlebug folder - Tiny Bubbles
ENJOY YOUR DAY!

Patched of Pink Link Up time! Halloween Theme

Hi Everyone!

It's my favorite Thursday of the Month! It's Link -up time over at Patches of Pink. The theme this month is Halloween.  I really wanted to create a home décor item. I decided on creating blocks that I can display on a shelf.  I started with 3.5” blocks that my sweet hubby cut for me, and then adhered cardstock paper and letters.  I used fast finish decoupage to finish the blocks. I love the results but I will say that I had to redo the doodling as some of the lines made with the white gel pen turned yellow, next time I will just do the doodling last.  This is really a great product, it's tack free and the finish is really smooth!
I added a few little details that matched my theme and I really like how it turned out.

Please pop over to the Patches of Pink blog and have a look at the creations this week, They are sure to WOW you!
The letters were cut using the Blackletter Cricut Cartridge

This adorable little spider is from the Mini Monsters Cricut cartridge

This cute little bat is from the Simply charmed Cricut Cartridge

This is a paper rosette made for a .5 inch strip of DCWV paper.

Thank you for stopping by and please link up your Halloween project at Patches of Pink.
