I'm so excited to show you my project! I made a Cappuccino gift set!  

I found some yummy Cappuccino mix and added it to Trendy's Plastic Milk Bottle topped it off with Kraft Red Twine and the most AWESOME Wood Spoon. I also had to make a CUTE little coffee card to go with this fun Cappuccino mix.

I created the coffee cup card using my gypsy. I wanted this gorgeous twine to stand front and center so I made a silhouette of a heart and wrapped the twine around the heart and tied it with a bow :)

Take time to smell the flowers!

Good Morning!
Boy, life has been super busy. Just finished up a week of Birthday's and travel. Phew...I'm tired. Just quickly before I get to my card I wanted to share the cake I made for my litttle boy's Birthday.  He doesn't like cake??? so we always buy an ice cream cake but this year I found some inspiration on where else...Pinterest and came up with this.....

 Now if you wanted to hot glue the boxes of candy to the base... well... that would have been WAAAY too easy :) I wanted to lightly tape them so I could deconstruct the cake and hand out the candy in the goodie bags. So that's why you see the space in the pic, my candy kept falling :) The kids LOVED the candy cake and the ice cream sundaes :) :)

And here's the card I'm sharing today!

I just LOVE the way this card turned out.  I used some inspiration from a truly AWESOME designer Amy Kolling and HERE is the card! fabulous huh! Well, I think my Mom loved her card and her flowers, that's what we bought her this year, two rose bushes :)

Die Cuttin Divas - Wobble it or add dimension

Hi there!

Happy Tuesday! It's time for another Die Cuttin Divas Challenge. Today's theme is Wobble it or add dimension How FUN right? I didn't have a wobble so I made my own. It's pretty easy. You can find many tutorials - There's a super simple one Here.

I started with the Peachy Keen April Stamp of the month club for the idea. I cut the shake from Cricut Sweet Shop and stamped it with the PKSC-28 face.

Trendy Twine News!

Good Morning Everyone!
It's a super special day today in our house.....My baby turned 10 today:) We are celebrating today with a special treat of InNout burgers and shakes and then a Bday party this weekend. That's why I've been a little absent, lots to plan :) So I'll be back around Monday :) But in the meantime let me leave you with some Trendy twine news..... Oh wait until you see what's coming YUUUMMMY!!!!

Happy Tuesday! I'ts time for another Die Cuttin Divas Challenge. Today's theme is a sketch challenge.  You all know I LOVE a good sketch so I really look forward to these every month. I pretty much followed the sketch exactly...I know? I usually add my take to it but I REALLY loved this design.

I wanted to make a thank you card for my son to give to one of the many wonderful Educational aides at school.  With the end of the year right around the corner I figure at least I knocked one out :)  So I used the MCT trifold card and tucked a little gift certificate inside. Here is the sketch, isn't it a great design?

Hi Everyone - Happy Monday!
Today the Trendy team is sharing some fabulous sentiment projects for the current Say it with a Sentiment challenge - FUN right? So since Mother's Day is around the corner I took this opportunity to make a card for mom :) starting with this awesome sentiment from Scrappy moms stamps and some Totally Kraft Trendy Twine. 

I love kraft paper so this twine was perfect for me :) I LOVE it! Just to make it pop even more I braided the twine using the traditional braiding method, nothing fancy :) I really like the way it makes the card look.

Happy Monday!

Wow, can you believe we are about to celebrate Mother's Day....how can it be May already??? And to top it off Thurs. my little boy, my baby, is turning 10......how did that happen??? phew...time flies :(
Well, we are certainly in mothers day mode over at Craftin Desert Divas, make sure you stop over for some fabulous inspiration! I just love how diverse our creative team is, you get to see every style and design from CAS, traditional, playful, trendy, shabby chic, etc.... I think we cover it all :) So today I'm sharing a playful card with you.

I just love yellow and grey together, so I thought of the this card for my mom.  She is an avid gardener and LOVES flowers. I sure wish she passed down the green thumb :(

I added a cute little tag and stamped it with "Love you" from the newest release "Simply Said"  

and added some YUMMY Twine Lemon Tart Trendy Twine and finished it off with a few rhinestones and two little Skittles to represent water drops. 

 

Again look at that great stamp.... It's really awesome!
