Trendy Twine - Warm Winter Thanks!

Hi there!
I'm over on the Trendy Blog sharing a Winter Thank you card showcasing Holly Berry Trendy Twine. Now that Christmas is over I'm sure you have some people to thank. We definitely have many thank you cards to write. So to get me started I used a simple design and the gorgeous Holly Berry Trendy Twine.

I started by cutting an A2 size pattern paper using a wave die cut.  I adhered them to Kraft card stock.  I stamped the sentiment and then lined both edges with Holly Berry Trendy Twine
I used a die cut tag and snowflake and topped the tag off with more twine. But this time I untwisted some of the twine... You'll see me do more of this, it looks so pretty!

Lastly, I added a tiny little pom pom in the middle of my snowflake. Then I placed the card in my tree and snapped a picture.  For the record I'm going to miss my tree, it provided the best light for picture taking.

Trendy Twine - Warm Holiday Fun!

Hello Everyone! I'm over on the Trendy Blog and we are sharing some Christmas LOVE! From all of us at Trendy Twine, we wish you a very Merry Christmas! I hope you enjoy the day relaxing, laughing and making beautiful memories with your family!

I'm sharing a warm Holiday card with you! It's been a little chilly here in the beach area :) I LOVE the sweater weather!
I know it's hard to see but I used a mitten die cut and put some gorgeous red sequins  behind the vellum mittens.

I made a fun totally red twine heart using another die cut as a guide. I love doing this, it gives the card such a home made feel. Lastly, I stamped a sentiment on the snowflake pattern paper.

Make sure you pop over to the Trendy Blog and see all the amazing projects from the team!

Trendy Twine - Believe

Hi there Trendy Fans!

This is Shelly from My Paper Love sharing a great little Holiday gift using our showcase products "Candy Tin & Holly Berry Trendy Twine"

I decorated my little candy/gift tin in a little elf jacket :) I used a green polka dot thick card stock paper as a band to hold the tin although they do snap shut. I just planned on filling it up to the top! :)
I made some trendy twine buttons :) using Holly Berry Trendy Twine. I used some dies to make the white fur, black belt and gold buckle. I just think the recipient will get a kick out of this little gift. I filled the tin with the yummiest mint chocolate candies covered in lots of candy sprinkles. I think I was able to get 40 little candies in this tin!

Lastly, I added a die cut sentiment and my gift is complete.

Stop by the Boutique and grab these goodies to make your own treats!

Die Cuttin Diva's - Merry Christmas Anything Goes

Happy Tuesday!

This week over at Die Cuttin Diva's we are having an anything goes Christmas challenge. Oh it's just crazy to think that this will be our last challenge for the year. Wow, the year sure went by so quick. I hope you had fun sharing with us all year and we have some really fun challenges in the year to come! So to all of our Die Cuttin Diva fans... Merry Christmas and a very Happy New year!

I just LOVE the Cricut Doodlecharms snowman. I seem to use it so much. For my card I created the background by water coloring and heat embossing some stars.

I cut my snowman and added some MCT snowman dies

Lastly I added a peachy face and some Black Licorice Trendy Twine.

Die Cuttin Diva's - Christmas Tic-Tac-Toe

Hello!

This week over at Die Cuttin Diva's we are having a really fun challenge! It's a Christmas Tic-Tac-Toe challenge. You pick any 3 squares and let us know which 3 you picked and of course include your die cut :)

I chose the 3 right down the middle. Glitter, Holiday colors and snowflakes.

I used some really pretty snowflakes from Lil inker designs and my center stamp is from Craftin Desert Diva's Word Art stamp - One of my very favorite stamps!

Here is a look at the Christmas bingo card.

I used lots of green and red holiday paper and extra sparkle :)

Die Cuttin Diva's - Favorite Sketch Challenge

Hello!

This week over at Die Cuttin Diva's it's a favorite sketch challenge. Which means you can select any sketch and make a project using the sketch you selecting. Just let us know which sketch you choose and don't forget your die cut!
So for this weeks challenge I chose the April sketch. I think it just says "Shaker Card"  to me.

I love shaker cards so much! I started by using some old Christmas paper (I have enough Christmas paper to last me and my kids and probably their kids lifetime)
I simply used a circle die cut and filled it with some gorgeous sequins appropriately called Frosty from Annies Paper boutique. I Stamped a fun sentiment from My Creative Time.

Lastly, I tied my card with some Bubblegum Taffy Trendy Twine perfect colors for this card!
