A pocket full of Sunshine

Hi Everyone!

Did you have a nice weekend? I hope you all are getting some warmer weather :) Today I'm sharing a card I made for the Peachy Keen Challenge 13-17 :: Sketch Challenge.  When I first saw this sketch I knew exactly what I wanted to make.  I used the circles as inspiration and used three images instead. The pocket, the sun, & the clouds. Here is what I came up with.
I used the PKSC-14 for the face on the sun (cac). The pocket is actually a card liner from the Wild Card Cartridge.

Card - A2
Paper - Scraps
Cloud Die - Lil Inker Designs
Label Die - My Creative Time
Sentiment - Printed

Boo! "You've been Booed"

Hi Everyone!
I'm stopping in to share a cute little project. Have you heard of "You've been Booed" well if you have then you know it's a fun little game you play near Halloween. You secretly leave some treats on your neighbors doorstep and leave a little note letting them know they've been booed. It's a FUN game the kids look forward to during the fall. Typically, you pick one or two neighbors and then they pick one or two and so on..... But last year I noticed that a few were missed, so this year I thought I would still do a fun basket or two but I also thought I would make a few more simple treats for some of the older neighbors that love all our kids so much!
It's a fun little door hanger. I haven't purchased the Art Philosophy cartridge but I did get the idea from the cartridge.
For the Door Hanger I used my gypsy and the Cricut Cartridges Tie the knot, George & Wild Card

The "Boo" is from the Cricut Cartridge Robotz & the ghost is from Mini Monster

 Door Hanger approx. 6" x 3
Paper - DCWV
Stamps - Eyes are from PK-692 Monster Mash Face Assortment
& the mouth is from PK-532 PK-532 Simple Sallies 1 1/8"
Ink - Tim Holtz
Machine Stitched
Challenges:
Die cuttin divas - Color Challenge (Use yellow, orange, grey and purple)
Little Scrap Pieces - Stitch it (real or faux)

Do Great in the small things...

Hi Everyone!
Boy am I excited!!! My sweet friend Karen over at Little Scrap Pieces has invited me to be a guest designer on her blog today.  As an extra bonus she let me choose the theme. So I chose a  sky blue theme.(Any soft shade of blue) Spring days bring such beautiful skies!
I have been really wanting to use this beautiful paper pad from my minds eye. I LOVE this cloud paper! I started with a scalloped card from the Wild Card Cartridge and I used Create a Critter for the rainbow but cut off the heart and added clouds also from CAC. I topped the card with Karen's AWESOME ribbon and stamped it with a wonderful sentiment. All the pattern paper is MME and the solid is recollections.

I hope you join us over at Little Scrap Pieces this week and show us you blue projects!

Thank you Karen for inviting me, I really appreciate it and had so much fun creating my rainbow card!

You Brighten my day

Hi Everyone!
I hope you are all doing well.  Busy, busy, busy here and the strangest weather EVER.  We had a (Quick) hail storm last night and today it's probably 70 degrees and sunny! Weird!!
So I found some time to create a cute little treat holder. I've been wanting to create some sort of Easter treat holder that was similar to a basket, and I came up with this. This is super versatile, in fact I've already created one for all of the upcoming Holiday's :) Wait until you see Easter!
Today's project was created for two challenges the first one is the 3D weather challenge over at Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge & the second is my friend Karen at Little Scrap Pieces - Green Challenge!
Treat holder is approx. 4" tall & the Sun is cut at approx. 2.25"

It's approx. 2" wide. I created the actual holder to have a decorative back which is really cute, but thought adding different images/die cuts for a theme would be perfect for specific occasions. Oh, the possibilities are endless.
This is my holder filled with treats!

Have a GREAT day everyone!

Halloween Treat Box

Hi Everyone!

Wow, the days just zoom by..... our family is just so busy!
Here is a treat box that I created a while back and just managed to finish this morning.  I am entering this in a few challenges.  I used TBBM for the box and with my gypsy I inserted a circle and then placed the spiderweb inside the circle. I filled it with candy corn and topped it off with some ribbon, a button, and a cute little brad.
Have a GREAT day everyone!
